A restocking fees of 25% will be applied to any fish that we have to put back in stock for any reasons.
We only guarantee live arrival and you must be present at the time of delivery. If the fish died upon delivery we will replace it with another fish of equal value or you can opt for a store credit of the same amount. You must notify us immediately by email, phone or text within the first hour of delivery in the unfortunate event that the fish died when you received it. If the shipping method is Southwest Cargo, you must notify us of dead fish upon arrival within the 4 hours of Southwest notification of ready for pick up. A digital picture of the dead fish still in the unopened bag must be taken and email to Kordorikoi@gmail.com as proof. We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delay or damages done by the carrier.
